Alerry Lavitt has specialized in the healing arts since 2002. She is a graduate (2005) of the Massage Therapy College of Manitoba’s 2200-hour Advanced Remedial massage therapy program and is a certified yoga instructor (2002) from the Yoga Instructor of Alberta’s 300 hour teacher training program with 14 years teaching experience.

Alerry has specialized training in craniosacral therapy, structural assessment and techniques, myofascial treatment, functional energy techniques, cupping and Reiki. She is currently in her fourth year of studies in the five-year osteopathy program of the Canadian College of Osteopathy.

Her clinical massage practice focuses on healing injuries from accidents, repetitive strain disorders and sports activities, as well as from physical issues due to stress. She also works with relaxation techniques and energy work to guide your body and mind into a space of restorative healing.

Alerry’s yoga training in Hatha, Iyengar, restorative and Yin styles of yoga, as well as in Buddhist meditation and yogic philosophy offers accessible and therapeutic classes suitable for all ages and experience levels. Her classes bring an attentive individualized experience for beginners and seasoned yoga students alike. Alerry’s down-to-earth teaching inspires students to take their practice deeper, guided with gentleness, precision, support and mindfulness.
